The Law Offices of Andrea Ware have been able to maximize the recoveries clients have received because of the knowledge, experience, and, most importantly, the Firm's reputation. Insurance companies are familiar with the expertise of Trial Attorneys Andrea Ware and Daniel Lewis.
Insurance companies will pay more money to settle your case when they know that your lawyer has the experience, dedication, and willingness to put the matter before a jury if the insurance company is unwilling to settle your claim fairly. Additionally, the attorneys at The Law Offices of Andrea L. Ware take pride in thoroughly investigating their clients' cases. This willingness to go the extra mile has paid off handsomely for the Firm's clients, many of whom had been rejected by other lawyers because the police report said they were at fault.
The police report is never evidence in a personal injury trial. The police officers rarely see the accident, and witnesses frequently make mistakes as to the color of a traffic signal or the speed of a vehicle. For example, witnesses almost always guess that motorcycles are speeding and that a motorcyclist's excessive speed caused the accident. Therefore, when suitable, The Law Offices of Andrea L. Ware will hire experts in accident reconstruction to analyze the length of skid marks and the damage to the vehicles involved to establish how an accident happened correctly.
This willingness to do a thorough investigation has also greatly benefited the Firm's clients in other types of cases. For example, Andrea Ware has represented clients who were severely injured because a product was defective. A bicycle wheel hub failed, causing a cyclist to crash. A printing press had been modified and, as a result, crushed the operator's hand. A shredding machine was defective, causing an amputation. Because of the Firm's willingness to hire engineering experts to investigate those defective products thoroughly, Andrea Ware's clients recovered substantial amounts of money in compensation.
California personal injury, the attorneys at The Law Offices of Andrea L. Ware attest that hard work, compassion, and diligence are the foundation of every successful settlement or verdict they achieve, and the results speak for themselves.
